The service people arrived on time. They diagnosed the problem with the sliding glass door and screen. They corrected the problem quickly and demonstrated expertise. The charge for the service was in the expected range. The work is guaranteed. I am very satisfied. This is the third time I have used this service provider.

Well, after they were over an hour late and their office manager angrily blamed me for their scheduling error, the techs completed the job, leaving behind grease stains all over my lanai and charging me 50% more than the quote. I would NOT recommend Alex’s Sliding Glass Door Repair!!!!

Excellent. Owner assessed my needs, could have charged me thousands to replace the glass but told me it wasn't necessary. The workmen were polite, professional, respectful and clean. Could not ask for a better experience. Customer for life!

Fantastic. Alex texted and called updating us on their arrival. They worked quickly explaining exactly what they were doing. Replacement of 7, 10 foot panels made the panels better than new. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the response and the service. I contacted them through their webpage and got a callback within a couple of hours. They gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description and scheduled a technician. The tech arrived as scheduled, performed the work competently, and explained everything he had done and how I should care for the doors going forward. The work was done for the price estimate. I was impressed by the level of communication, both before and during the job. I received text and email reminders the day before, a call from the tech when he was on the way, and a follow up text before he arrived. Based on the quality of work and the professionalism, I would hire again.

Alex was as every one of the reviews stated...Excellent and extremely knowledgeable and professional! He took the time to show me the problem and before starting the repair assured me how great it will work once he replaced the rollers! And he was correct! One finger(pinky) is all it took to open the door! The only thing that still annoys me depending on I believe the humidity is it squeaks a lot when opening it! He did tell me this may happen due to the bad alignment of the frame itself! ( I think that’s why he said it could be the case!)He did say it could be repaired but that they would have to really overhaul the door frame! Didn’t want to do that! So as I said he did tell me it could happen so it’s just annoying late at night usually when I’m taking the dogs out trying to be quiet! Otherwise excellent work and I highly highly recommend this company! I do plan on getting the other doors repaired eventually by Alex!!!

This was actually the before and after of our door! I almost tour my shoulder out trying to wrestle my patio door open before; now it literally glides open with one finger...AMAZING! My biggest mistake: We had hired a company twice before (Express Windows and Doors) (inside of a year) to fix this door...not only did they not fix the door and rung me up for $400 but they crashed they're work truck into my son's car in my driveway and tried to blame my son! Alex is the guy you want...THE FIRST TIME! Don't make the same mistake I did!

Alex the owner gave me a call when he was in route and showed up on time as promised. He inspected the doors, explained the problem and gave me some options and pricing. I chose to have new locks installed. He went right to work and did a terrific job even vacuuming up after he drilled the holes. Alex showed up precisely on time with all the parts he needed to do the job. No last minute run to the hardware store. He cleaned the upper and lower tracks and installed new wheels on two doors. He and his helper were very professional. The work was done very quickly and the doors slide smooth and easy now. Sorry we waited so long to get it done.

Alex replaced the handle (had to be special ordered) and came back later to install metal rollers (they also had to be special ordered) and educate me om how to lubricate for longer life. They slide now better than when new and it makes a world of difference. I futilely tried about five other companies and no one else was willing or able to do the repair on these doors. Very very happy. No one but Alex will service these doors in the future.

Replaced with new stainless steel wheels. Alex was efficient, quick, knowledgeable, and clean. He cleaned the track and taught us how to properly lock the sliding door and how to clean it to keep it working well for years.

The installers were very efficient. The receptionist/scheduler told me how they have SO MUCH business and she took over a hundred calls today. I didn’t appreciate her “we’re so busy” attitude. She acted like I should feel honored that they can find time for me. However, the installers were pleasant and courteous. The job was more expensive than I planned (since they installed a new track in addition to new wheels) but they fixed the sliders.

I left voice mail after hours on the weekend, they called me early this Monday morning. Even though they were booked for several weeks ahead, Marilyn heard the door was open and looked at Alex's schedule. He was able to work me into his schedule at the end of the day. Alex quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and also changed the lock for me. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again.

Can now open/close the sliding doors with one finger.

Worker came out a couple of days after we called, explained the problem with the doors and how he was going to fix it. We were so pleased with work we had him do the other door. He also gave us tips on how to keep them running smoothly.

Alex is simply the best - a master of sliding door repair. He came out today, calling a half hour out as promised. I have 3 oversized sliding doors and two regular size sliding doors that were often difficult to open and impossible to lock. Alex replaced the rollers on 4 of the 5 (the 5th he said wasn't needing new rollers). He also offers an extremely secure pin lock for the sliders which I got on the 3 large doors. Alex also adjusted the track since it was part of the problem. He guarantees his work and product for 3 years and I can highly recommend his work.
