Concrete Repair
I am having a new pool cage put on. The top of the wall surrounding the lanai is higher than the roof line so in order to have the gutter run outside of the cage there needed to be a notch cut on either side of the wall at the roof line. It is 4" deep and 7" wide. The Alert Core team brought a hydraulic chain saw with a special masonry chain and were able to cut the notch exactly where it was measured. They didn't damage the surrounding area at all. This is impressive due to the proximity of the notch to the drip edge of the roof and the fact that they had to cut some of the rebar. They were very polite and cleaned up after themselves.
