Jesse was our tech and did a very thorough inspection and service of all componets inside and outside installing new parts where needed. Jesse was very cordial and showed us worn parts as well as the new replacements. The sercice call required him to return the next day with an adittional part also. Ashley, from the Sarasota office, followed up the next day by phone and helped with some online computer advice as well. Overall a very good experience!

We will definitely hire AirNow again! They installed a new AC unit within 24 hours, which was important during the summer months. Very professional, timely, courteous, explain everything with patience, and friendly. The call center was amazing too. They seemed very concerned about our issues even though they hear from customers all day long, If they say someone will call back soon, they really mean it! Communication is outstanding. You know when someone is on their way to your house, who is coming, and you get a picture of the person.

A/C copper line from outside to inside unit was pierced by a roofing nail & unit failed to cool. They were very responsive to correct the issue and guarantee their work! The contractor Daniel Wilson is an excellent sales representative of AIRNOW, HVAC Services. I found him to be extremely helpful in selecting the correct unit for my particular application. he did not sell my an item that I would not need. He re-assured me of the selected product. The price point and over-all installation process was directly on point. the service technicians that completed the install were just superb. (Rocky & Eric) installed the mini-split system and were just outstanding. The electricians that came out the day before the install were equally outstanding as well. The bottom line is AIRNOW is a very wise choice for HVAC installation and service!!!
