I have signed up for their Silver Service maintainance service payinf a annual fee of $129.00. They have now come the agrred 2 times to my home and actually did nothing. I called after the first service in may and told them what occurred and they sent Bryan out. He performed a thourogh check of my sysytem as the first man should have. I was scheduled for the second service today and they were on time. The technician came in turned my heat up to 90 degrees and went in the attic. He poured some cleaner in the pipe and came down checked the temperatureat the vent at 102 degrees. He reset to a/c and we went out to car he gave me my paper and said see you in April. I called in asking that they did not check any pressures in the compressor heck he never even looked at my unit outside. We only cut on the heater 2 times last season and today was the first time this season. They will send Adam this Monday. I guess the hard thing to get over is they did this 2 times in a row. I have spent $6,000.00 for a new system and you would think they would want to take care of a good customer. I am thinking they are a scam company.

The whole team at Air Experts truly are experts. They did a complete unit replace for us in our 1925 bungalow and performed the install seamlessly. They went above and beyond to ensure that it was perfect. Of course, being a 1920s bungalow there were some strange things they must have come across but they were extremely adaptable and professional and took care of absolutely everything. They communicated every step of the way and were extremely efficient. I’ve already recommended them to friends in the area.

Had them come out a couple times for A/C service. System still broke down so we had them replace and install a new one. It still kept breaking down. They did replace a part under warranty but we had to pay shipping and installation at 300.00! Terrible! Never again.

complaint I submitted, paid for work and same issue present, company not willing to fix because I left an online review after them not willing to send a different crew Air Experts was hired, they did work on dec 3 2018, paid close to 3k, they said we need new boxes for air handler. They then changed that to all vents since all vents were moldy, (they came out 4 times) before they did work, time I lost from a paying employer but we did it. Now we are trying to get them to come back out and fix the following. Trash left behind, even thrown across attic 10-15 feet away from air handler. Even the packaging for the light that cleans, packs of screw, ripped our insulation they tore out to access but didn't put back. The mastic is even peeling and not enough on. When do work they bent drip tray and its angled so it wont drain. New boxes they built are now wet and dripping. exposed wires left in drip tray. They did not do 'expert" work and am very angry that we paid way over 2k and have a company that refuses to come out and fix 3 simple things. We have called them more than dozen times and all calls are recorded by them. They even said they dont agree or believe us. Customer service said owner said that. Now I'm hoping this review gets something done, even if warning other consumers out there. I have a video of all of this and more. We paid thousands and the same issue we hired them to fix, is still existent and worse now ac wont drain its leaking on garage roof creating more problems. owner or manager will not contact me only judy who is nice but says owner or manager wont call and he mad I am mad leaving reviews, and he said he doesn't agree , believe or agree with us, well owner ryan if this was your house or if you buy something isnt doing honest good work you can stand by worth it all. All you have or had to do was contact us, resolve this, and move on. Now I have to spend money and energy trying to get this resolved, worse thing is I have to hire another company to fix your work and do all the clean up. hire an atty for thousands more, comments form employees that came back were, we dont dont new vents or installs, we didn't leave that trash or bend your tray and we don't care and left. I can't believe in that running a company all you care about is using your telemarketing license to drum up business calling new home owners then leaving behind an unhappy customer. For the employees, owner and business partners, be ashamed and remember shoddy work doesn't pay forever. looking for resolution in 3 easy steps - replace box so it dry now -level off tray so it drains -clean up trash or billing adjustment I am not asking much

Instead of repairing the duck work pipes. They installed a new air conditioner. Stated ours was no good. Well it ran great three days beforehand. We could cool down to 68% Their new air conditioning does not stay on Cooling only to 77%. That is not acceptable! They did not hook cool air back up to two bedrooms and two bathrooms!!!! We Called for service He wanted more money to fix duck work?!?!?!?!

The service tech came to our home and definitely told us right away that they did not install it and try to sell us the mold system and didn't perform a service that we had questioned him on why he was in the attic. I tried for 3 months to resolve this situation and told him that they fraudulently sold us a contract that was not installed by their company and therefore we did not want to deal with a dishonest company. After leaving messages with various departments in that company and them going on heard I try to resolve it with my credit card company who intern told me it must be resolved on a local basis. When I noticed the Better Business Bureau had a prior complaint due to their marketing strategy I decided to restart collecting again from this company by reporting them to companies like your self and social media. They obviously feel that they are in the wrong because they would never return my calls or take my calls.

After confirming the service visit the week prior, they were a no show the day of the scheduled appointment on 12/26. I did not even get a courtesy phone call to advise the change of status. When calling their office to question what happened, I was told by Edna the Office Manager "their warehouse was locked for the holiday". I asked how they did not realize this prior to scheduling and why was I not notified the service appointment was being cancelled? Her response was unapologetic and utterly rude as if I was inconveniencing her. She offered no concession for me wasting my afternoon waiting for them to show up nor did she suggest to reschedule at my convenience. All I was told is that she would personally call me back the next day. It's been 2 days and I have not heard a peep from anyone. Now I understand things do come up, but this was now the third time this company has not shown up and/or not come prepared with proper tools (tall ladder) over the course of 2 years while getting the same lip service and poor attitude from Edna. Silly me for thinking companies and their employees strive to offer customers a better service experience to continue earning the business. I am happy to report I have moved on to a new company that is servicing my AC unit as I am typing this. I realize now that I should have switched companies a while ago. The meer professionalism of the new company's office staff and the technician performing the service is heads above anything I ever experienced with Air Experts. All I can say is good riddance to Air Experts and caution others from making the same mistakes I made by using them.

Installed defective A/C system and guaranteed it for ten years (parts
and Labor). Have now had eleven service calls because no air or heat.
Each time we call for service they give us the run around and then maybe
they might call you back and sometimes they don't.  Thus far they still
have not repaired or replaced the defective 4 ton system.  We have a
totally handicapped daughter who resides in our rear bedroom with
windows that face the intense west Florida sun.  The room can easily get
to over 90 degrees but even knowing that, they still just give us the
run around when we call and it usually takes two to four days to come
out and put another "band aid" on the new Rheem A/C system.  They refuse
to replace the unit  although even their tech's who eventually come out
tell us they can't keep patching it and it should be replaced.  Air
Experts management will not authorize the replacement. I have also
discovered the BBB has now revoked their endorsement of the Company
because of so many repeated complaints.

The installers were just wonderful. They were very prompt for the appointment. The installation was done very professionally. The installers were very neat in performing the install and left everything neat and clean. I appreciated their quality workmanship and professionalism.

Very poor. They sent out a sales technician came out and inspected everything then warned us that our house could overheat. As a result we called another company that came out within 2 hours and they found that not only was our system working well but it was in excellent shape.

This last visit mentioned, a UV replacement bulb was offered and accepted for $155.00. However, a full refund was giving for the inconvenience or misunderstanding mentioned above. All visits prior, there were no issues."

We use them regularly and we have had a very good experience with them. We have an annual contract with them and I just do not remember the cost. They just seem to do a nice job and they are very responsive. They show up on time and they are very reliable. We have not had any issues since the last service was provided. There are no problems with our unit so we just use them for regular service. We have not had any problems with our system.

Member Comments: Our 18 year old AC system was on it's last leg and we were considering fixing it; but the cost of repair, inefficiency of the system and the cooperation, presentation and the willingness of the Air Experts to work within my budget and schedule convinced us to get a new system. We are so happy that we made the move. The Air Experts showed up on time with an army of technicians to clean all of the ducts and replace the system. They were on time, professional, courteous, efficient and the install was perfect. Our new system is everything our old system wasn't, quiet, efficient and new. Everyone at Air Experts bent over backwards to help us get what we needed when we needed it. The owner, the office reps, the field group were all outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

We were very pleased! We were going to sign-up with another company that we used before but we liked our salesman/technician so much that we signed with Air Experts with the intention of getting a new unit installed soon. Josh was the man for us and because of him, so is Air Experts!
