I ordered online. I had a handyman come to install it. I was very pleased with the shutters. They were good quality. It took little longer than I expected to get them. It took six weeks to get them. The quality was excellent. I contacted them, when the months were going by, as I did not hear anything from them. However, they got right back to me. They told me when the windows would be here, and where they were in the process to get it shipped. I will use them again, although the wait time for more. I doubt that is usual anymore.
