This was quite a complex project, and one that involved a huge expanse of countertop that had to be seam-free. The end result was magnificent, but there were a lot of small adjustments that were needed to get the desired results. Affinity came back to the house as many times as needed to ensure that everything was perfect. This meant liaising with other contractors and professionals, and I know they spent a lot more time than they had budgeted for the project, but they wanted it to be the best it could be, and never questioned requests for more assistance. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A good service provider or contractor is best exposed when things don't go according to plan. We had kitchen countertops replaced and with human error there was an issue. The way it was handled was excellent. They presented all options for resolution of the issue including those that would have been costly to them. We ended up with a minor flaw that was.compensated. We ended up with a contractor that can be trusted and would certainly use again. Good job Affinity.

The measuring guys were prompt and seemed to know their business. The reface installers tried to get away with some shortcuts until I caught them.
One of the counter pieces was not installed correctly and now that they have been paid, they don't want to hear about it.

"Thank you for your feedback Mr. [Member Name Removed]. As you discussed with Karl and Julie today, we will be out to reposition the small top to the right of your stove tomorrow. It looks in the photo as though it slipped about 1/4" out of square after installation. This can happen until the Silicone sets up fully (usually about 24 hours). I apologize that you did not feel you were responded to fully after your payment. We had you scheduled for a field measure for your bathroom tomorrow and had intended to make a further analysis of the top in question at that time.
