They are a busy business so it took about 6 weeks to get on their schedule. While the costs were expensive, they were extremely professional and a variety of levels of people came out from an electronic engineer, installers and trouble shooters to make sure the system was working properly. We did have issues with the WI-Fi which required service visits over the course of nine months at no charge. Comcast ended up replacing the router, which fixed the problem. They really stood by their work. This aspect was exceptional with them.
Description of Work: They installed a home theater and whole house stereo system. They also installed a security system on the doors and windows. The work took four days to complete and they worked very hard when they were out.
