Adams Painting is subcontracted to the Villa Le Grand Owners Association, Inc. to paint the exterior of 73 housing unit. Our unit has six (6) Italian Cypress trees in a bed bordering our unit. The trees were not covered (photo available) during an extensive pressure washing, spray stripping/sealing and painting procedure which has killed or damaged all six trees. The young trees were planted in June 2018 - the painting procedure occurred in February 2019. The trees began dying within two weeks of the painting. Adams Painting's owner/president, Adam Gillick, 1503 Pine Prairie Rd, Sarasota, FL 34240 (941) 377-0263 has been asked to pay to replace the trees his painting crew killed or damaged. To date, Mr. Gillick has denied culpability despite the photographic evidence.
