Mike is accurate and exact. I had the inspection report within a couple days. Saved me 15% on my insurance. I have used Acu-spect Inc. before and I have referred him to others. I will definitely use him again. Great guy.

Very well! Mike was punctual & did a detailed inspection of the home/condo. I’ve used Mike several times as have my fellow Realtors. I’ve had no call backs from buyers after the sale w/any complaints or problems they felt were over looked.

Mike Meesit with Acu-Spec, LLC was amazing. He was professional, the pricing was more than fair. He was very detailed, climbing in the attic, checking my roof supports, roof, Air Conditioning, Water faucets, garage door. He provided me with a complete written report. I would recommend Mike Meesit and Acu-Spec, LLC to anyone considering buying a home and needing a Home Inspection.

Mr. Meesit missed so many red flags on the property I purchased. The biggest one cost me $5,600. to remedy. There were also many electrical issues which should have been caught. I did request & received a refund for the inspection but I should have sued him in small claims. Please do not use his services!
