The technician had my unit diagnosed and fixed within 45 minutes. He found a bad sequencer in the air handler and replaced it with one he had on his van. He was professional, fast and confident in his diagnosis. Our home was cooling down by the time he left.

My air conditioner stopped working on a Friday night around 8 PM. AAP had a technician at my house by 8:45. Within 30 minutes the technician had replaced a capacitor that had blown and had the air conditioner running again. Even on a Friday night, the technician stayed at the house until we confirmed that cool air was blowing once again. Unlike many other air conditioning companies, there was no pressure by anyone at AAP to do anything but fix my problem - and all for a very reasonable price. Thanks AAP!

Performed a Preventative Maintenance on my system and also found a bad capacitor which was delaying the startup of the Air Handler. It was promptly fixed and price was very reasonable.
