Totally unprofessional, quoted a price, when he arrived at my home Robert said I never mentioned a couple areas that need to be repaired, tried to say the price he quoted was to low and raised his price.I said that I would not pay the extra fee, because I know I asked about the areas that needed repair (because my wife did not like the old ceramic style, towel bar, and tissue paper holder). Then he and his crew walked off the job. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE PRICE ESTIMATE IN WRITING. This contractor cannot be trusted! I would not hire ever again.
