called for appointement... came promptly... very professional... gave me options and prices... uses top of the line equipment and better pipe than did the builder when the systerm was installed.... I would recommnend Cole Sutcliffe... fair... honest... professional... and prompt.

They took a long time talking over the phone. They were incredibly patient and very helpful. They came when they said they would come out.

Cole Sutcliffe, the owner has been to our house to service our well pump before. I called him today when we had no water at our barn. He walked me through a few steps over the phone and actually got our water working without coming to our house and charging me for a service call. He actually told me that he doesn't want to sell me a well pump until ours is completely dead. Most companies would take your money and run whether you need it or not. Cole is all about customer service and integrity.
At some point we will need to replace the well pump and nobody will get this job except Sutcliffe.

Cole and his helper came right away to answer our emergency call for help. Our only source of water was gone due to a well pump failure. They worked from around 9 am to 2 pm and did a great job of replacing the pump and cleaning the impeller on our aerator pump. They charged us parts and an extremely reasonable fee for labor. We are very pleased with the job they did and strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their wells/pumps.
