Licensed-Insured-Member of Local Chamber of Commerce Trade School & Certified through-Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Experience - 10 years in the Cleaning Industry-ranging from janitorial cleaning to floor cleaning and floor & marble restoration. Customer satisfaction & relations are extremely important to us-Our guarantee to our customers is simple “you do not like the job or we are unsuccessful in cleaning for whatever reason-you do not pay! (This does not happen because if there is a problem we usually notice it before or during the first few minutes of the job and explain to the customer what their choices are.) Equipment: We have purchased the best & latest equipment that is currently available on the market. All of our equipment is new and not older then 2 years of age. We keep our equipment maintained and cleaned on a regular basis. Important-We do not do commercial sites such as McDonalds or other fast food restaurants or for that matter any other commercial site that after cleaning we would not want that equipment in our own homes-all of our equipment is cleaned after use. We specialize in residential cleaning and understand customers want us to clean not leave dirt from some other job! Chemicals: All of our chemicals are in liquid form meaning a better mix and therefore a better cleaning. In addition, these liquid chemicals will rinse out of carpets and upholstery better than dry chemicals that you have to mix. Liquid chemicals cost more but we believe that it is worth the added cost for our valued customers. We also use additives with all of our cleaning solutions which gives a dramatic boost to our cleaning methods. It also allows for a fresh and clean smell when our job is completed. I was so pleased with the carpet cleaning service that I paid them a generous tip. After the transaction, I was told that they could not provide me with a copy of the receipt b/c they had no way of copying it, but promised to email a scanned copy of it to me. Not only have I still not received the receipt, but also they have not responded to two emails requesting said receipt, AND their phone number has been disconnected (!). So, even IF I wanted to take them up on their 10-day warranty (for persistent stains), I would not be able to b/c they dropped of the face of the earth. If not for the issues described above, I'd give them a grade A.
