He's a very nice guy - very personable. He takes the time to ask if there has been any problems and wants to make sure that everything's great.

Weather dictated timing on this project and the employees worked around some rainy days. After rain delay to start the pool draining and prep work was completed in one day and the resurfacing with a pebble/quartz product took another day. All such work was professionally done and the results are excellent. A qualified water technician worked for a week to get the pool chemicals in balance, as promised.
The deco drain required replacement and extension. This work took slightly longer than a week, sometimes delayed by weather, but mostly because labor was working on projects elsewhere. Also, installing the drain required more time than anticipated because the extension area went through a concrete footer with thickness well beyond expected. The final result was complimentary.
I fault the crew on cleanup. Granted there was a lot of dust and cement granules cast everywhere inside the pool enclosure, but the workers failed to move or protect outdoor furniture and they left the impression that they were eager to leave the premices after spending so much time on this project.

A and D Pool LLC did an excellent job on refurbishing my pool and pool deck. They were always on time, worked within my timescale, and the quality of work was outstanding. I would like to especially mention that CJ contacted me through-out the job to make sure that all was going well, and the Greg (who refurbished the pool deck), was very good at accommodating my updates/changes through-out the work schedule. I had a lot of work done to my home recently, and can honestly say that my experience with A and D Pool LLC was the best. I can recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We have used this company previously and had a bad experience. Where we had asked that they call me before they came out so I could be there to discuss the problem ( the spa pump was coming on by itself) and see first hand as to what they suggested needed to be done. Having not heard from them I called and asked when would someone be out and was told they had already had someone there. I was asked if I wanted the tech to come back and I said yes, since that was what I'd asked for. I didn't understand the explanation of what he had found over the phone. I was called back about a half hour later and was told no one would be coming out and that they would not be charging me for the service call. I was told this decision was made by the owner.
Figuring everyone has bad day, we called them about 6 moths later (yesterday) and asked for someone to come out and look at our heater for the spa, the pool light which was coming on on it's own and a small leak at the spa pump. No one called to say when or if anyone would come out. Out of frustration we called another company who came right over.
Out of courtesy we call this company back to let them know we had already had someone here and that there service would not be needed and to not send anyone out. The woman was very curt and said thanks and hung up abruptly.
I don't believe that this is a problem of having a bad day. We won't ever call this company for anything and wouldn't recommend that anyone else do either.

When A and D Pools repaired my pool so quickly and the price was fair, I switched my pool service to A. and D. on a regular basis. They were so professional and efficient.Jan N

They are very professional and very courteous. He pointed out some air bubbles and cracks and told me how long I had to fix the problem. He also told me exactly how much money it would cost and even discussed payment plans with me.
