He's a very nice guy - very personable. He takes the time to ask if there has been any problems and wants to make sure that everything's great.

Weather dictated timing on this project and the employees worked around some rainy days. After rain delay to start the pool draining and prep work was completed in one day and the resurfacing with a pebble/quartz product took another day. All such work was professionally done and the results are excellent. A qualified water technician worked for a week to get the pool chemicals in balance, as promised.
The deco drain required replacement and extension. This work took slightly longer than a week, sometimes delayed by weather, but mostly because labor was working on projects elsewhere. Also, installing the drain required more time than anticipated because the extension area went through a concrete footer with thickness well beyond expected. The final result was complimentary.
I fault the crew on cleanup. Granted there was a lot of dust and cement granules cast everywhere inside the pool enclosure, but the workers failed to move or protect outdoor furniture and they left the impression that they were eager to leave the premices after spending so much time on this project.

A and D Pool LLC did an excellent job on refurbishing my pool and pool deck. They were always on time, worked within my timescale, and the quality of work was outstanding. I would like to especially mention that CJ contacted me through-out the job to make sure that all was going well, and the Greg (who refurbished the pool deck), was very good at accommodating my updates/changes through-out the work schedule. I had a lot of work done to my home recently, and can honestly say that my experience with A and D Pool LLC was the best. I can recommend them and will use them again in the future.

They are very professional and very courteous. He pointed out some air bubbles and cracks and told me how long I had to fix the problem. He also told me exactly how much money it would cost and even discussed payment plans with me.
