-After being given a verbal estimate I was told a written one would be received in 2 days. Two weeks later still not received and I called. 10 days later still no estimate and I had to call again. -They never showed up on the scheduled the morning and I contacted the office. Later, Luis called me back and said they would be there in 40 minutes. An hour later at 4:30 they arrived. They immediately said they shouldn’t be there as the tile person needed to come first and they were plumbers. -No one showed up on the second day when they were scheduled to be there. -I never heard anything from Luis again. I contacted them and asked for my $50 deposit back and heard nothing.
