Sam knows his business. He did two jobs for us: cleaning lanai and cleaning, sealing the travertine and giving our roof a soft wash. He took care not to damage and landscaping and the roof looks great. He is a knowledgeable, courteous man. I have recommended him to 2 others.

Not sure if this company is familiar with manufactured home roofs because our roof sustained over $5000 worth of damage. Mr. Ross walked on our carport roof, sun room roof and workshop roof causing major damage there was also some damage to the main roof of our home. After we noticed the holes in the workshop roof my husband called Mr. Ross, two appointments were made for him to come out and inspect the damage, he didn't show up for either of these appointed times. As a result we called our insurance company and filed a claim.

Also power washed the concrete driveway and sidewalks
