You can fill it to the top. When I scheduled for appointment they went to the house and said I needed it; they dropped it off Monday 9 am then they picked it up Tuesday 4 pm. They were responsive and the fact that they dropped something off to the house that way if I was cleaning at 2 am and I want to put something in there, I could. I don't have other interaction with people except on scheduling the appointment. They dropped off on time and picked up on time. I called several others and they seemed to be the cheapest.
