+ -1 moreI have had to call this firm every month to get them to come by and basically "mow and blow." The crew spends approximately 20 minutes on my property if and when they do come. This is September, they've been here one time this month. My contract runs until the end of December. I've paid them for 1st and last month, and will not renew once the contract is up at the end of December. They set the terms of the contract, as described above, and I paid them an additional $500 to clear the property before the contract began. The contract was for 12 months, $150 per month. It's not a large contract, but it's what they agreed to do.
Description of Work: Very little. This was an annual contract for monthly yard maintenance. Every two weeks from Oct to April, every 10 days from Apr to October. His terms, not mine.
