I have been using Jose for several months for my vacation rental property. He and his crew are very thorough and responsive to my needs. It is so important to have someone you can trust to make sure you rental is very clean and in good shape for the next guests since it's not possible to check myself each time. If there are maintenance issues he brings them to my attention. I highly recommend My Perfect Touch!
