 + -1 moreMetro arrived on time (twice) and was attentive. He asked several questions in attempts to narrow the potential problem. He was extremely professional, well mannered and went about his work quickly. The only thing that concerned me was there was no device on the truck that would have helped locate the line break more quickly. But with a shovel and my knowledge of where the previous repairs had occurred this wasn't as big of a problem as it could have been. Altogether, the experience with Metro was excellent.
Description of Work: We had power surges that were becoming frequent. They located the source as the one leg coming in from Power Company. They called the Power Company and waited until they arrived so they could show the company where the problem existed on their end. The next week, we lost power to our garage. It is a 100 amp service off of the main to our home. There had been a break repaired several years earlier. Metro replaced this underground line using conduit and brought everything back online.
