They did not show up for my estimate. Then they arrived 1.5 hours late due to car problems for the job. Although they did not see my job he said normally it takes 2 hours to prune a yard. The man did not seem confident on how to prune. After 2 hours we had 15% done and released him. He quoted $65/hour and charged us $195!!! After a few emails he explained the $65 overage was for travel and using my local dump. I wish I was told this to begin with. After a few emails he reduced the cost to $165.

I was originally pleased with the service, but have since changed my mind. 11/05/2019 update: I found John and his brother Kris to be genuinely nice and respectful. With that said, I would not hire them to do anything other than maintenance work. I am disappointed in the quality and the lack of invoices breaking down their charges even though I asked several times since, I was hoping for help from my daughter to pay for this job.
