We have a fleet of 3-4 trucks with trained technicians. We accept all credit cards, cash, checks, we use quick books for billing and email invoice on the job site.

Carpet Cleaning

They were terrible.  Soon after they arrived they started talking about how busy they were because of the state of emergency and had an attitude that we were inconveniencing them by calling.  They then started to make us paranoid about mold and tried to oversell all their services claiming they were "Experts".  Once they were in the building they started providing services that we never requested and only found out when we got the hugely inflated  bill later.  I talked to other neighbors who used other services that were 1/2 the cost and much more professional.

The guy that came to clean my carpets was on the phone the whole time he was in my home. He smelled horrible trash fell out of his van. He tore up one of my area rugs and put some stains in my carpet and told me it was my place to fix the rug and carpet and that since I was a woman I should know how to sew. I called the owner of this company and he told me he was not going to fix the mess up and that it was my place to fix the damages. I do NOT recommend this company.
