Chris Ritchie is prompt, professional, and experienced.  We have also used Chris to build several houses for us.  They were all completed in a timely manner and within the projected budget, but most importantly, he always listens to our concerns and handles any problems that arise in an efficient and caring manner.

Chris Ritchie and his wife, Wendy Ritchie have excellent customer service skills.  They care about their customers and provide a top notch product with complete professionalism.  They paid attention to details and made corrections if needed quickly.  They were one of only a few builders in the local area that knew how to build an ICF home (poured concrete walls) with green features such as radiant heated floors, Mr. Slims, high end windows and doors, and tankless hot water heater.  I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to build a hurricane resistant home.  His quality of construction is far above other builders I have observed and I am in the real estate industry.  They also had a top notch work crew who were professional, polite, and on time for work.  They observed the no smoking policy and no shoe policy after the home was built.  They also kept a very clean work site during the construction period.

The project was started on time and was completed in a reasonable time frame.
Chris's team did all that was asked but had to return several times to complete all items as contracted.
We were happy with the work and appreciate the reliable and efficient service.
