My first contact and appointment went very well.  They came in an ran a sump pump discharge line in my house into a main sewer line.  The cost for about 40 minutes of work was $125, more or less. I found the cost very reasonable.  The actual sump pump installed did out put enough water so I told the technician I would buy another and have him back to replace it.  I did buy another and called them back to exchange sumps.  They did disconnect the first one and then reconnected the second I bought.  He was here a total of 13 minutes.  I got a bill for $425. When I complained to the office, they said it should have been more.  I questioned how the actual plumbing in the first visit which took 40 minutes cost $125 and the second visit which was much easier and only took 13 minutes could possibly costs $425.They said it was cheap but they took $50 off my bill.  It was still outrageous for the work performed but I had no choice to pay it.  I am a builder and have been for 30 years and I know what things costs in the construction business.  This was a rip off.  I will never, and I do mean never, call this company again.
