Description of Work: We have a flat roof on our sun deck that was leaking. They repaired our roof and repaired the drywall in the bedroom where it was leaking. They also painted in the bedroom. They sealed the skylight.

He was always on time and always made sure that everything was cleaned up before he left every single day. He always followed through on anything that he said he was going to do in a very timely way. He stuck to his estimate so there were no surprises or hidden costs. He was always very good about offering suggestions and made sure that I was getting the job done in the best way.
Description of Work: I used Wildseed Construction LLC to put in a new deck, vinyl, fence, porch and tile stairs.

+ 4 moreDan Budd designed and built an upscale coffee bar from scratch. He advised me on design, City regulations and then once we agreed, built it with his team. He delivered on time and on budget - we were delighted with the results - and you can't fault that. Dan has also build new kitchen cupboards and fitted in a new fridge/freezer and has build a dog run for our dogs - all to our satisfaction - I would have no hesitation in recommending Wildseed Construction.
Description of Work: Designing and building a coffee bar approx. 100 sq ft which has been complimented by many, many people. We were delighted with the work of Wildseed Construction.

He was able to expertly translate and execute them into a construction plan of excellent quality and value. We recommend him and his company very highly, and have and will continue to use him for our on going renovations.
Description of Work: Major renovation of our large single family residence. Including replacement of windows and doors and roof repairs to bring them all to code, complete new kitchen, bathroom renovations, electric and plumbing repairs and upgrades, all flooring, drywall, interior and exterior painting, outside design and construction and landscape design coordination.
