I've spent over $200 K w/ McMinn,Inc...Father /son business. great when father was in charge. When he retired ..son took over. . now an LLC, good knowledgeable employees must be gone. terrible work. Had to spend $8400 to fix his $25000 job. The new company doesn't know how to build a wall.The wall leaked so bad wood rot took over. sent a demand letter for payment of new contractor to fix his mistakes & he dumped it on his dad,,,,It was under old corp. with dad....his new LLC was formed after. Mike jr. has NO morals.... insurance company said he did bad job, two different contractors said the same.

He is wonderful. Every time he visits he sends us a detailed email. He is easy to work with and is very professional and willing to do anything you need. He is a licensed contractor so if any repairs need to be done he can do them. I would highly recommend him.
