llWe were extremely please with our realtors, Mary and Fred Bondurant and their assistant, Anna Turner. Initially, we were somewhat hesitant moving from California to SW Florida, but the Bondurants made the move effortless. They did not waste our time by showing properties which did not match our criteria. The Bondurants and Anna were always readily available to answer any and all questions and monitor all inspections. In addition, Mary is a great negotiator. We were able to buy our home for quite a bit below asking. We would highly recommend Mary, Fred and Anna at John R. Wood Realtors to all interested buyers or sellers.

The house hunting experience can be overwhelming but it has been amazing and we owe that to Jay at John R Wood Realtors. He took us to a lot of homes and provided us with incite that we were not even thinking of, since we were looking at other details of the homes. We did find a few homes that we will be making offers on, but still have plans to look at a few more on the list. A few of our friends have purchased homes in the past year and they said they wished they used our realtor because their home buying process was not as smooth. Buying a home can be fun and go smoothly, but you need the right realtor! We are looking forward to closing on the home we love with John R Wood Realtors!
