I am a single, strong-headed female. I needed assistance in selling and buying a home.
Jim is an unbelievable realtor. He assisted me in selling my home and with great marketing, it sold within 12 hours of being on the market.
I had planned to build a home and got into a bad situation with a local builder- Jim assisted me with every step along the way, helped me weave through legal issues (even referred a fabulous real estate lawyer), and I was able to get out of the contract with no problem.
Jim then assisted me with buying a home. I found the home of my dreams and was out bid. Jim kept our hat in the ring and we eventually got the home after all other offers fell through. He assisted me with negotiating a good price on the home and kept me informed of everything along the way. Jim was readily accessible by phone and email consistently and was not only professional but friendly.
He calls himself a "bulldog" and that is very true. He allowed me to make every decision on my own, but would never let me get into a bad situation. He interjected his opinion only when I asked. Jim is very educated and experienced. I will NEVER use another realtor- unless he retires!
