In September 2008 we contacted Mr Wolfe to cancel the rental. We spoke with Mr. Wolfe on several occasions always requiring many attempts to reach him by phone. He attempted to discourage us from cancellation. We asked for our deposit back since we had given four months advanced notice. Mr Wolf first stated he would contact the owner of the property then later stated he would return the deposit by the end of the year(2008). The date is April 21st and he has failed to contact us. The Florida Division of Consumer Services, Bureau of Mediation and Enforcement has attempted to mediate against the business. Unfortunately the business has refused to cooperate and our complaint has been "Closed Unsatisfactorily".
