I was sent communications from the signing, scheduling and reminder of installation date. Nick M and Traci arrived on time and communicated with us throughout the project, explaining any concerns we had. They were both professional and polite. They cleaned the work area and anywhere they moved thru as the bathroom was on the 2nd floor. I would recommend this company. Our bathroom is fantastic!

The first installers did a terrible job. Notified the customer they sent someone out to inspect and he was very skilled and assessed the issue. They sent another technician out who corrected the issues. Very good customer service.
