Very happy with the entire experience. I was first pleased that I could deal with the company via email. That is just easier for me. I emailed 2 digital pictures of the countertop in my bathroom and the measurements, and asked for an estimate. The same day I had a response and an estimate. They even suggested that I look at their granite remnants, since it was a small job and it would SAVE ME MONEY. How often does that happen? They were friendly and helpful the times I visited the store. The man who came to the house to make a template was on time and professional. The crew who installed the countertops were on time, worked quickly and were courteous. They did forget something at the shop, but they were back within an hour to complete the job. They even hosed down my driveway to clean up some minor debris. The workmanship wasn't flawless, but very good.

Wilma worked with us to select granite samples. Man who came to the house to make the templates was on time, very neat and accommodating. Only hitch during installation was that the splash plates in two of the bathrooms were too tall. Plates were taken to shop, cut down and installed that day. Workers arrived on time on the day for installation. They were neat, clean and did a good job. They were finished well within the estimated time.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. FIRST OF ALL, THE OWNERS ARE VERY SINCERE. THEY DON'T PUSH YOU INTO BUYING SOMETHING. THEY TELL YOU EVERYTHING. THEY TELL YOU WHAT WILL AND WON'T LOOK GOOD. I THINK THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THEY TELL YOU THE TRUTH. THEY AREN'T THE TYPICAL SALESPEOPLE. THEY ARE HONEST ABOUT EVERYTHING.
