It went so well that we didn't catch anything! Really! They were there, no doubt: I heard them running all over my head, several times over a period of time. There was solid evidence: droppings, trails in the attic insulation. Ghosts or smart critters? More likely: right on-time action. Spencer, the service coordinator, identified a couple of possible --although not glaring-- access points in addition to the obvious stacks and vents. Moises, the service technician, did a thorough job of sealing "everything". Smoke test was run to rule out any possible leaks in sewer line. Traps were set at two ends of the attic. Inspections one, two, three: No catch. No activity in over a week. Apparently the rodents had been running in and out at pleasure, had not settled in yet. There was no way anything could get out... nor in! When they heard Truly Nolen was on their tail, they scrammed. And could never get back in! That's what I call good timing, and excellent professional performance. Thank you, guys!

Nelson is the person who does our service. He is polite and respectful as well as doing a good job. We have had Truly Nolan for a year now ,and their service is right on. Nelson takes his job seriously and will return until the issue is settled… in our case; ghost ants. I want to say thank you for employing good employees such as Nelson. Keep up the good service.

I have used them for many years and very pleased with their service. They are thorough and explain what they plan to do and then report back after the work has been done. We do call them from time to time if see pests that need some attention. And they always come without charge.

It's complicated. The technicians who actually do the work, especially Nelson, are thorough and great to work with. The scheduling, however, is horrendous. When we call, it may take two weeks for an inspector to come. Then it could take three more weeks or more before the technician who does the actual exterminating to come. Either they are shorthanded--and it does appear that some longterm employees have left--or their back office staff is incompetent. So we would give them an A for the work when it is done and a D or F for the scheduling. As for rehiring--we have a bond with them, which was costly, so we have no real choice.

I've never written a review before for any business/service until now. Do not use these people for anything! We thought we had a termite bond which covered new damage but based on how the form contract (which is extremely confusing with much fine print) was filled out, they ultimately denied our claim. However every year they cashed our check for the large annual renewal cost for the bond. For over 10 yrs we paid this annual renewal but once we found the damage they did NOTHING. We called and wrote them multiple times, finally they responded with a letter stating they had no responsibility. We called their senior leadership and after a minimum of 5 attempts got through of which the VP was extremely rude and unprofessional. Both myself and my wife are in the commercial construction industry and are shocked at the lack of professionalism and honesty. We are looking into our legal options. Again, be warned, do not use these people.

The inside pest control so far has been great. It would be an A. The treatments they have done on our lawn has killed large spots of our grass and have been told by their Supervisor that we need to cut those spots out and resod in the spring. She also told us we are watering the lawn too much is why we have some of the weeds but the service tech tells us we need to water more. Each time he comes out he tells us its things We are doing to the lawn. All we do is cut and water it. We hired them to fertilize/pest/weed our lawn. Our lawn was great when we bought the house now its a mess. We also have a 5lb dog with very little hair that keeps coming in with fleas that are suppose to be taken care of. Between that and them giving you my name, phone number and email without my permission. They are a big fat F to us. We're giving them till the end of our contract to straighten our lawn out. We even had neighbors come and ask what they are doing to it.
