Auto Service
This is the third time I've been to this establishment.
The first time the vehicle was serviced the service was fine except on check out the amount was $30 due to the service manager asking me if I wanted high mileage oil put in. I answered yes, think that the price difference would only be $1 or $2 more per quart -- not $6!!
The second oil change with another car, resulted in the mechanic leaving my transmission dipstick out of the holder which cause transmission fluid to go everywhere and all over the back of the engine and exhaust, creating a smoking, fire hazard.
The last time I went to the establishment (today) the service was very rude and abrubt. When I went out to the car my battery was dead! When I express my concerns to the service manager he was very rude, basically saying it was my problem and they had done nothing to cause it, although when I was watching the service I saw a puff of smoke up by the battery while the mechanic was working. I finally persuaded him to at least jump start the car and he acted like he was doing me a favor!
I will not return here for oil service again.
