We were new house shopping and most of the builders use "core foam" technology on the new cinder block homes. For various reasons, we decided not to move, but to upgrade our current house. In the summer, the inside walls of our block house are literally warm to the touch - especially the walls that face west and get the blazing afternoon sun. Kind of feels like a brick oven does! Our custom built home built in the early 1990's had zero insulation in the walls. Googling "core fill", I found Tailored Foam was the vendor that can provide this service in Central Florida. I called them and Chris got back to me the next day and educated me that they could retrofit this technology in existing homes. Chris came out the next day and walked around the house to check out the residence in person. Price quoted was extremely reasonable and competitive and they came out the next business day and installed the installation which took about 5 hours. Tailored Foam was very prompt, courteous, and professional. They cleaned up and left the house very neat. They called both times letting know they were coming out on time. I highly recommend them. The only thing the homeowner needs to do is touch up the paint where the holes are drilled. This was not a problem as my paint was not faded and I had some matching left over paint. I wish I had found Tailored Foam 20 years ago!

Made appointment and received an estimate for injecting foam into an
existing stucco covered concrete block home. Sales rep wanted to go
through whole pitch when we had already done our research and knew about
benefits of insulating the voids within a concrete block wall. We
called that afternoon to make an appointment to have insulation done
and were mailed the contract. Contract contained specific clauses that were
not the same as what sales rep had stated and when I called to question
those and discuss, the sales rep hung up on me.
The contract specified that the power would have to be off 24 hours contrary to the one hour 'off time' the sales rep stated. The sales rep also said the ocmpany would repair any electrical problems that were caused by the foam injection, but the ocntract did not make any mention of that and stated that homeowner was responsible for everything. When I asked about that, the sales rep said I should not pay any attention to that and when I explained that when I sign a contract, i do pay attention to teh details, he hung up on me.
Needless to say, we did not have the work done.
Would not recommend this firm to anyone.

This company collects payment when the job is done. They were incredibly professional and prompt. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They informed my husband with every step of the process. They left very little mess, virtually none actually. They were phenomenal.
