aThe reason he was here  in the first place  was  for the short.  He came in and rapidly went from one room to the other checking all of the outlets.  This seemed odd to me and I questioned him.  He said it was standard practice when looking for a short.He also used the bathroom very often .   The guest bath he used was next to my bedroom .  The  chest where I keep my jewelry was in that room.  When he was in the bathroom we never heard  the toilet flush or water used.  He never  worked more than a couple of hours at a time saying he would have to go and pick up his daughters.     A week after  he left here  I was getting ready to go out and discovered some jewelry missing that I wanted to wear.     I  since learned  that  this happened to another person here in Crossville..  He advertizes as a handy man as well as an electrician.
