Worst company ever! After they lie and manipulate you into buying they stop answering phone calls and emails. Do NOT do business with this company or any of their subsidiaries. We have been trying for a year to get our system working or removed. They are no help. Filed complaint with BBB. Have also contacted news station. Next up state attorneys office.

These clowns pretended to be affiliated with JEA on the phone that is how they suckered my poor wife into the appointment. I actually thought it was JEA, so I was ok with taking to them, being an energy related contactor myself. Unfortunately for them I don't handle all the deception too well and literally kicked them out. lies lies lies.....we're with JEA....I'm not trying to sell you anything......it'll be completely free...really I'm not trying to sell you anything.....yada yada....43 complaints with the bbb says you got some serious problems....

I want to assure you that by no means did our company refer to itself as JEA. We would never misrepresent our organization as another business entity. It is our company philosophy to do everything possible in aiding each home with a detailed analysis of there home energy usage free of charge and provide recommendations and solutions to aid homeowners in addressing the eneegy inefficiencies in their homes. We do make a conscious effort to provide vehicles of where homeowners can exercise their rights to qualify for a variety of incentives and rebates if they qualify from their utilities providers, counties, and federal as well. If none apply at least we can address problem areas in homes that the homeowners may have been unaware of that require attention. Again I apolgize for any miscommunications or misunderstandings that you may have encountered with our company. Hopefully we can make a better experience for you and your wife."

It took a week of broken promises to get to the job.  The installation was theirs but they felt the warranty would not apply because of a fix I had tried.  The repair they did could have been done at a much lower cost without the hassle of promises to arrive that were  broken.

They were really fast and had a lot of guys. They sent out a guy who was pretty lame and had a poor sales approach. The sales manager followed up and apologized and gave us a quote. The first guy said he wouldn't give a quote to my husband unless I was there too. My husband said he could forget that and to give a quote now or leave. The sales manager came out and gave us a quote. We decided to go with them because they could do the financing. They were really responsive on the financing and overall did a really good job. If they made a mistake, they came back out really quickly. Their sales pitch can be a little misleading and they could do a better job with that. They actually have lots of customers and very few complaints and have been around for years. We are pretty satisfied with the work. They were not the cheapest. They were middle to higher-end but we were opting for quality versus price. They did a good job. We actually got a really good deal and they didn't make a whole lot of money off of it. The quality has been great and I don't think we could have gotten a better deal. They corrected the approach of the one guy. We got a good value. We would definitely recommend them to other people.

Phone solicitor called to offer a free energy audit.  Indicated they were affiliated with FPL.  Sales person came Saturday to do the audit.  Said I could save about $55 a month with the solar water heater.  Promised me a $1000 FPL rebate, said I would get 30% back on taxes with an solar energy credit. High pressure sales.  Supposedly reduced $1,000, if I signed that day.  Charged way over the going rate.  Did not pull permit before work was done. license held by someone other that the owner of the company.  Promised a $1000 FPL rebate, but didn't do the proper paperwork for that rebate.   Needed to have paperwork done with FPL before system installed and get a reservation number.  Installed the next day before permits pulled or give me time for the 3 day right to cancel which the paperwork indicated I had.  Salesman very kind and charming and suckered me into signing that day.
