Very pleased with Star Pools! The owner came right out and was so understanding and professional. When asked if the tech would leave mud on the pool deck (the repeated problem I had with the last service), she replied "Of course not" and she is right! Service has been prompt, clean pool deck, and a sparkling pool. I am so relieved to no longer wipe up mud every week.

I am extremely lucky to have found Jeff through HomeAdvisor. I moved into a home with a pool that was green and loaded with debris. Jeff came over almost daily for the first 2 weeks to do various things such as shock the pool, vacuum it, replace the salt water system, repair the vacuum and teach me how the system works. I am happy to see my pool now blue and clean and I'm much more informed on how to keep it that way now thanks to Jeff. Highly recommended.

Just hired and previous pool service co did not keep it properly balanced and left it badly stained. Star Pools cleaned it (not acid washed) and made it look like NEW. So far they are the best.
