Outstanding work and service when required.

I normally don't write reviews, but this company has some of the best roofers I've ever seen. The work quality is second to none. Their professionalism, honesty, fast and tidy work did it for me. Not to mention, the whole team showed up to work on time. Julio, the manager, keep me informed of the work being done on my house, step by step. Anyone needing roof installation or roof repair please give these guys a call. I'm one hundred percent sure you won't regret it.

ROOF LEAKED FIRST TIME IT RAINED. MADE ONE TRIP. SAW LEAK WAS AT BOTTOM OF VALLEY WHERE HE HAD SENT ME A PICTURE SHOWING A HOLE. WILL NOT GIVE ME AN ANSWER WHEN I ASK IF HOLE WAS REPAIRED- BECAUSE THIS WAS IN THE AREA OF THE REPAIR AND IS NOW AREA OF THE LEAK. I WILL BE CHECKING TO SEE WHAT MY OPTIONS ARE FOR MOVING FORWARD.

Julio arrived the same day for an estimate. His team was on the roof the following week on time. Very professional. They took breaks on the roof to accommodate my kids' exam schedules. They showed me pictures of the damage and the repair and nailed the estimated repair cost and cause of the leak. They will get all of my roofing business. Several downpours since to leak check their work. Solidway does a great job for a fair price.

I was dealing with a roof leak for two years. It was slow drip that created a stain on our cieling. Two other contractors worked to solve the problem leak but they never went up in attic to see where the leak was coming from. Julio went in my attic and found the origin of the leak and made the repairs. Very pleased and happy with his work. I'll always use his company for roofing repairs.

The reason I gave an overall rating of 3 is because they did not finish all the repairs and asking for a very high price to finish it, the estimate was to fix a valley and replace 15 broken tiles, they used all the 15 tile in repairing the valley then asked for ridicules price to replace the 15 tiles which was already part of the original estimate.

Responded very promptly. Very professional. Work was done quickly as I needed...before it rained.

The owner hand held us through the entire repair. The workers were on-time and worked hard to get our project done on scheduled. Even with the looming hurricane, it didn t stop the workers making sure the roof was prepared for the hurricane. The owner stayed in constant contact to make sure we we re kept informed. Would highly recommend this company.

Julio Dopico is the owner of Solidway Construction Services, LLC out of Sanford. He did an OUTSTANDING JOB on multiple small preventive repairs to our roof and chimneys. He even checked inside our attic, to identify and fix leaks near the chimneys. (He was the ONLY roofer to do this!) He was friendly, accessible, cheerful, honest, and he did an awesome job. No sneaky upcharges, or add-ons. In fact, he did a number of small add-ons, gratis, as they arose. This is a rare guy who has pride in his work and actually cares about his customers.
