My experience was not good with them. They are unfair. I paid in advance to break the password to enter in my laptop. They said it would be a one-hour job, stayed 2 days and they unable to crack the password. I expected them to return at least half the amount paid ($ 50.00) I don't give them my money anymore, it was the first and also the last time I was there.

They are honest and fair on the price.  The suggested I change my anti virus. 

They are a one stop shop! I would recommend them for any kind of computer repair. They ll do a great job regardless of the problem you have. I like them except that they make fun of North Dakotans in their ads, and that s not very nice.

They deliver what they say they are going to deliver. I'll never buy a boxed computer again!

The repair person was completely rude and treated me badly. He commented rudely on me not bringing in the cable for the printer. I have never had an experienced like that before. I will never go back there again.

THEY ARE VERY, VERY GOOD. THEY ARE EXCELLENT. THEY BUILD COMPUTERS AND SERVICE THEM. IT WAS INEXPENSIVE TO FIX. THEY DID IT QUICKLY. THEY TOOK IT IN AND FIXED IT, AND THEN I TOOK IT HOME.

IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. I SHOPPED AROUND AND COMPARED THE PRICES FOR THE SERVICE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THESE GUYS AND THEIR WORK. THEY WERE CONFIDENT THAT THEY COULD FIX IT AND THEY DID.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY LOCATED THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT QUICKLY. IT WAS A LITTLE MORE MONEY THAN I WANTED TO PAY, BUT IT WAS REASONABLE. THEY DID THE JOB WELL.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT ACROSS THE BOARD. THEY WERE A LITTLE GEEKY ON PROFESSIONALISM. CHEAP GUYS ARE TRUE TO THEIR NAME. IT WAS A STRIPPED DOWN STORE WITH NO FRILLS. ITS A LOW COST ENVIRONMENT. THE WORK WAS QUICK AND PRECISE. THEY TALKED ABOUT DIFFERENT OPTIONS TO FIX IT. IT WAS A COLLABORATIVE APPROACH.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY HANDLED THE PROBLEM. THEY CALLED US WHEN THEY WERE DONE, AND THEY HAD THE WORK DONE WHEN PROMISED. I DON'T KNOW A LOT ABOUT COMPUTERS, BUT THEY PREVENTED ME FROM BUYING A NEW ONE BECAUSE IT WAS PRETTY CHEAP TO FIX.

I THINK ITS EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO BUYING A NEW ONE. IF I PAY $65 AND A BRAND NEW COMPUTER IS ONLY $299, I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A NEW ONE. THE PROBLEM WASNT SO BIG TO BUY A NEW ONE, BUT I SHOULD HAVE ASKED HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST AND SEE WHAT THE BENEFITS WOULD HAVE BEEN TO JUST BUY A NEW ONE.

IT WAS PRETTY GOOD. I WOULDNT COMPLAIN. THEY DO A GOOD JOB FOR A SMALL COMPANY IN MY OPINION. THE PRICE WAS PRETTY CHEAP FOR A CUSTOM MADE COMPUTER.

Excellent experience. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs computer work done right the first time. They were professional, ahead of their estimated time quote and were very helpful in making sure this did not happen again.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. THE TECHNICIAN PERFORMING THE TROUBLESHOOTING WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND BY SPENDING EXTRA TIME TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPUTER. THEY INVESTED TIME THAT WAS IN EXCESS OF THE TROUBLESHOOTING FEE WITHOUT CHARGING ME ANY EXTRA MONEY. THE STORE PERSONNEL WERE VERY HELPFUL AND THE RESULT WAS A FULLY FUNCTIONAL COMPUTER AT A REASONABLE PRICE FOR THE TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIRS.

WE HAVE USED CHEAP GUYS COMPUTERS TWICE IN THE PAST TWO YEARS. THEY HAVE PROVED TO BE EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL IN MEETING OUR NEEDS FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE.
