The people that answered the phones were coherent and very courteous. They connected me to the people I had to talk with. The people that were going to call me back did call me back. The people who said they were coming did come. The technicians had other appointments but they did work me in to my schedule early. It was outstanding from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them.

He was on time, quick, cleaned carpet in only 2 rooms and the price was great!

THE WORKERS FROM SERVPRO ARRIVED A LITTLE LATE, BUT CALLED TO LET US KNOW THEY HAD THE WRONG DIRECTIONS. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WORKED PROFESSIONALLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE SOME OLD STAINS FROM OUR CARPET AND GAVE US A CAN OF SPOT REMOVER FOR OUR FUTURE USE.
