The people that answered the phones were coherent and very courteous. They connected me to the people I had to talk with. The people that were going to call me back did call me back. The people who said they were coming did come. The technicians had other appointments but they did work me in to my schedule early. It was outstanding from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them.
Description of Work
The company told me where there's moisture in my house that came from Hurricane Julia. They used a machine that can indicate moisture within the walls and detect possible signs of fungus. There's no sign of fungus so far since this recently happened.

I have an ongoing relationship with them. They have always done a great job and I would never use anybody else to do the work. They are professional and timely. They show up when they say they would. They do an excellent job, and I trust the crew with my house. I don?t have to be here when they do the job. It is a family run business.

They did a very good job for a very fair price. They were able to get the work done in the time frame they said they would. They were very responsive. I would use them again for future services.
Description of Work
I had a plumbing back up in the house that I rent. They came out and dried out the carpets and treated the home to prevent mold and mildew. They did this work for me a year ago.

THE WORKERS FROM SERVPRO ARRIVED A LITTLE LATE, BUT CALLED TO LET US KNOW THEY HAD THE WRONG DIRECTIONS. WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WORKED PROFESSIONALLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE SOME OLD STAINS FROM OUR CARPET AND GAVE US A CAN OF SPOT REMOVER FOR OUR FUTURE USE.
