They gave me a quote that was price on. The repair was done even quicker than anticipated due to the Hurricane Matthew that was coming thru Orlando. There goal was to return the car to me before the storm passed thru.

We've had 2 cars repaired by Sanford Paint and Body.  In both cases we were very satisfied.  The work was done well and on time.

The auto had to be left for the repair. Because its been a couple years I don't remember exactly but believe it was 2 or 3 days and the auto was ready when promised. Work consisted of removing one large dent on the right side of the rear bumper cover and resurfacing the entire bumper. The job was of good quality and the finish matched the original auto color well. You would not notice the bumper was repainted unless you looked very hard. One problem noted was that the rear tail/turn lights did not work correctly after repairs. The rear lights were led type with resistors that failed to function in all aspects. Because the led lighting was installed by myself the repairs were made by self and not mentioned to the shop. I feel it would have been better for the shop to have noted they did not work correctly rather than let the auto leave as defective. This may have been an employee problem with the hookup so in my scoring the incorrect hookup was disregarded. This problem occurred because the rear lighting had to be disconnected to remove the bumper cover. After a couple years the repairs and paint are holding up well and look good. I would not use Sanford Paint and Body again because of the price. I requested a quote to refinish the front bumper at my expense a few weeks after this repair and was not pleased with the price. There was no dent repair but the price was in the same range as the $500 + paid by Allstate for the rear. I found a more reasonable price at another shop.

Removed rust from the hood, the trunk lid and the roof. Repainted those areas.

They gave a fair estimate and completed job in timely fashion.
