Roberto came out to give us a bid. He walked the property with my husband and said he would get back to us with a proposal. He never did. We called a couple more times and he never even called back. I saw him working in the neighborhood yesterday so I know he is alive and well. If he didn’t want the job, then call us and tell us. He kept us hanging. This is a red flag about how he handles business.

He does a really good job. He is not always punctual, but he shows up. He does a really fine job of taking care of my lawn. He also, monitors the sprinkler system to make sure that it is working properly or watering all the areas. He makes adjustments as needed.
