REI has been servicing all of my properties for several years
He is an individual owner and does his own work - he is always willing to come out whenever he is called - he works nights and week ends at no additional cost
He is very reasonable and looks for different ways to correct the problem without necessarily charging for new parts or units
He is also very personable
