Roof was installed as contracted. Roofing plywood was upgraded per Craig's request to meet new Florida codes as he "is a member of the Florida council" and I know what is best! For the past 9 months I have written over 6 emails and left numerous phone messages to Craig's personal phone and mail account. At first he responded quickly and promised the few call back items on the list would be taken care of, extremely busy right now, just be patient. On Monday August 14th, I called the office number and spoke to his secretary? She was unaware of my issues and promised to call me back on Tuesday the 15th. No call back, no responses from Craig in over 3 months. Craig is very "proud of himself, and will even tell you how great he is" when you meet him. The true measure of a professional contractor is not to "assure they will get the work done, but actually stand behind their workmanship". Buyer beware, once Premier is paid, they are gone................

They are the most fantastic people that I have worked with ever ever ever. The owner even came out when I was working with the insurance company last summer. They are just amazing.

They did a good job. They needed to be here quite quickly and they were prompt and the person who came out was Eric and represented the company and he was personable. He was honest and I had two or three people come out as well and they were pretty much in line with one another. He had the best price and finished it as quickly as I needed. They were best priced over the quotes I got. They were the quickest and they were the only ones that were able to do it within two weeks. They did great and they called up and said they can be there. They did an estimate and called me two days later and said they are free and will come and do it and that was perfect. Their professionalism was outstanding.

The repair was made on my roof, but to my surprise I discovered that part of the repair was laid over old rotting and missing wood. The only reason this was discovered was coincidently I was doing soffit repairs in the same location to repair water damage with another company and noticed the problematic repairs. In addition concreate tiles were replace and were to be painted but they never returned to paint the tiles.
I addressed this with the company and they did give me a small credit (after they personally came out and viewed the problem), but did not fix the rotted wood. Recently, Craig Anderson (the owner) informed me how rude it was that I pointed out the problem. Wow, I was shocked, I have never dealt with a vendor with this kind of arrogance.
I have since hired another roofer to repair the damage correctly.

"I have never had a single complaint in 15 years... upon checking his side of events- I found that his complaint was concerning a small piece of plywood in an over-framed and double-decked area that was not visable when rotted wood was replaced by us on the top side. He also never mentioned that we didn't paint tiles- first time that I heard of it was in this post. As a practice, we NEVER paint tiles and would not have contracted to do so. Painted tiles will fade at a different rate than factory finished product- the painted tiles will look terrible in a short length of time- we always change with factory product. We always want the customer to be happy so we discounted the bill and shook hands. He called me at home at 7 p.m.- some seven months later and wanted us to go back to do a much larger scope of work on his house. Why would he want us to do further work, if he felt so strongly? He exhibits very strange behavior and someone that I wish to stay clear of. This post is his mean-spirited way to get back at someone that just refused him service."

I have used Premier Roofing on two homes and have always been happy with the service and quality (something that can be hard to find in a roofer). The owner has come to my home on several occasions and given me free estimates and even advice without expectation of payment. Most recently, they performed repairs on my roof which have held up strong! I will definitely call Premier Roofing when time comes in the next year to replace my roof.

This the second time I have used them and have been pleased with their work. They understand that a quick fix will not bring repeat business. They go the extra mile examining the the entire roof and making observations and recommendations. I will consider them when replacing the roof.
