This company is awesome and the Technician is very knowledgeable and has an awesome personality. Nick McAdory fixed my garage opener today. He was in time and his service is awesome. If I ever need garage service in the future I am definitely calling this company.

Blake Furukawa was right on time yesterday and showed me exactly what needed to be replaced on our garage doors, explained the process, and provided a detailed estimate to my husband and I. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and precise. He was able to schedule the work that needed to be done the very next day. Victor Hernandez was right on time as well and did a detailed inventory of all the parts needed for the job. He got right to work replacing all of the bad parts with new ones. He worked diligently until the job was completed. When finished, he explained the process, showed us all the new parts and went above and beyond to straighten some things that had been damaged years ago. The doors are now safer, quieter, and easier to use. Victor did an awesome job! Blake and Victor were very professional. Please thank them both for a job well done! I will definitely refer them and your company to my friends and neighbors.

Roland, the technician, was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time. He clearly explained the process, and he showed me different options available to meet my needs. He was efficient and considerate. He left the work area very clean. He took the time to educate me on the proper use of my new garage door features following the replacement of the motor.

This company is awesome. The level of detail that they gave as to the problem and the solution was beyond excellent. The response time from when I made the initial call until the job was completed was excellent, the customer service was a pleasure to deal with.

A spring on my garage door unexpectedly snapped at 10PM on Wednesday night. I went to Precision Garage Door website that night and filled out an appointment request for the following morning. Shortly after 8AM I received a call from their office to verify the explanation of my issue that I had included on their form the previous evening. By 9:30A, their technician Nick arrived, assessed the issue, provided me with an on the spot quotation that had several options, and patiently waited for my decision. I asked him to go ahead and fix the door. In less than 1.5 hours, he replaced both of the springs and bearings, adjusted the limits on the door, cleaned up the job site, accepted payment and signed off on the completed job. I would highly recommend Precision Door and Nick.

I called yesterday to have my remote garage door opener repaired and they came this morning to do the repair. While they were here, they did a safety check and performed some additional repairs to ensure that the door continued to open efficiently. Chris and Joe were personable and professional!

My garage door wasnâ t closing properly for a few months, but I couldnâ t find the problem, then one day I noticed my right runner was dislodging from the ceiling. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is exactly that â Serviceâ ; from the point of making an appointment to the technician finishing up and going homeâ ¦ nothing but the best of service. Nick McAdory was an exemplary serviceman. Besides being a good technician demonstrating good troubleshooting skills, he has had years of experience which in my case lead him to find he problem quickly. After resolving the problem, he went about tuning up the garage door and left it in smooth running order. He answered all of my questions as they came up. I recommend this garage door service.

The repair went without incident or surprise. I am very happy with the work. While doing the free estimate they tried to up-sale and not sure how much really was a necessity. It is understandable they try and was not excessively pushy but I think other potential clients should know.

Mason was so helpful, my door wouldn't close with car remote also making a noise fixed this and told me how to prevent this from happening

The technician, Beau McClure, was not only knowledgeable and professional but also extremely thorough and efficient. He came out promptly for the scheduled consultation, and after inspection he provided a detailed quote with options. He listened to our concerns and executed the best option for us with the upmost ease and care. We knew that this was the company we wanted to go with for our garage door spring replacement and repair needs. Upon calling back to set up a time for repairs, he came out SAME DAY (within the hour of calling) to complete the repairs. Joel was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He found the problems with my door not operating and replace the parts that were needed very quickly that day. I would recommend this company to anybody they are very quick to take care of the problem the day I called they sent their technician right out and he took care of it all.

I called because my garage door fell down on my car. Within a few hours a serviceman was sent to my home to diagnose problem. He advised me that my garage door opener was faulty. He recommended that it be replaced. Within a few hours a tech was sent and work was completed promptly. Tech was very professional and did excellent work.
