We were extremely pleased with the quality of work the Prager Builders team completed in constructing a Sunroom/Florida room. The details, workmanship and professionalism was second to none. I want to give a special shout out to Bryan, Prager Builders Estimator, who sat down with us who is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and kept in constant communication throughout the entire project. This company takes care of EVERYTHING-Permits, pouring concrete, electrical work, installing fans, lights, windows, and structure. They are Pros! I would highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!!

This is a follow up review for work that was performed 10 years ago. My personal experience with this company and Bryan Dorion has been nothing less than exceptional. The screen room has held up wonderfully. Shortly after construction, a crack developed in the concrete that was quickly and effectively repaired. After that, our dogs tore the screen and Prager repaired it at no cost. Today, ten years after construction, I called the company for information on repair of the screens. I spoke with Bryan who remembered me and the installation. He referred me to a recommended screen repairman as Prager does not do repairs out of warranty. This was exactly what I was looking for and reminded me of the overwhelmingly positive experience I have had in dealing with this company and Bryan Dorion. I don't usually write reviews. I have read some negative reviews on this site about Prager. and based on my experience, I find them difficult to believe. You can still see my original review of this company from 2010.

Prager Builders did an excellent job on mother's 12 ft x 24 ft patio from the beginning with Bryan giving us the best quote, to customer service if we had any questions, to the demolition and rebuild of the new patio. The team of 3 guys really worked hard in this Florida summer heat on a big job. Even came back after it was finished to do a minor fix. Very conscientious! I would and have recommended them.

My sunroom is awesome, because Prager does such a wonderful job!  I can't praise them enough.  Their price was more reasonable than a bid from a builder and the quality is excellent.

Brian, the sales representative, was very helpful!  I wasn't sure how to design the room.  I have a very old house and that complicates additions.  Brian has very good taste and gave me many suggestions to make the room better that I would not have thought about.  He also called me back to check on my satisfaction many times.

Tad, the subcontractor who poured the raised patio and sunroom was very nice to work with!  His team captain, Chad, was conscientious and careful.  The floor in my house was not level and they made the addition match so no one would notice.

Tim, the builder on site, went beyond what I expected on a couple of occasions to be sure that the sunroom turned out right and that I was satisfied.  He carefully listened to what I wanted and built it for me.  Every employee was polite and hard working.

We received estimates from three local companies, but chose
Prager because we liked their design.
The construction took longer than expected. There was confusion between the windows
submitted to what was actually framed.
This was corrected, but took additional time. The inspector even stated on his final visit
that “this took a long time to finish.”
We had to initiate several calls for updates status along the way.
We are happy with the end result, and the room
looks great. But we had an unresolved
issue which has tainted our experience - this being - we had pre-wired conduits
installed in the ceiling for ceiling fans, however, the electricians had no
access to the wires and had to drill through the trim to connect to the
house. We had two holes in our ceiling
that we have asked repeatedly for Prager to place trim over the exposed holes. We were placed on their work list and then
dropped when we called back four weeks later as they thought they had already completed
the request. Prager stated the
electricians need to do this. The
electrician and Prager went back and forth and we were stuck in the
middle. Today the holes were covered by
the electrician with Prager’s material. My
advice to you is to have your other work done prior to making your final
payment to Prager.

Prager did a beautiful job. From the day Brian came to meet with us for the first time up to the end this company did a wonderful job. Brian told us exactly what to expect and every detail of the construction. Workmanship is incredible. I love the sunroom and everyone that has come to enjoy it with us are amazed of how beautiful it is. Thank you Preager! We will enjoy this sunroom and always remember who built it.

My contact was Bryan for Prager Bulilders and I had a sunroom addition added to me home. Bryan was extremely professional and knowledgable making the entire build run smoothly. My sunroom was large [ 12x36 ] with 4 windows and 2 doors. Although there was a rain delay, which was no fault of the builder, my entire project was completed as projected with the quality of materials and workmanship on the original estimate. My expectations where not only met but exceeded and I am beyond pleased and thrilled with my new sunroom .
I want to thank Bryan at Prager Builders for making this project a success. Bryan was ALWAYS available to answer my questions and would return my calls immediately. Bryan would coordinate all different phases of this sunroom addition and work through any obstacles............ which do occur during any buiilding project.
The entire team of Prager Builders deserves my thanks for the flawless workmanship. I would recommend Prager Builders to anyone looking to build a sunroom addition; the work , professionalism , respect , honesty, and cost was UN- comparable to any other builder ........I did get multiple estimates for this project ..........Prager is the only builder I would recommend.

We contacted Prager based on neighbor referrals and Angie's List reviews.Bryan provided an estimate for a rectangular patio. The estimate was the most reasonable that we received so we scheduled for installation about mid-January. A representative came out and laid out the positioning of the 3 doors based on paved pathways and stoops. We received a call asking if we would be agreeable to earlier installation as the structure had already been built in the warehouse. We accepted the earlier installation. On Jan 2, the crew arrived to install the structure. The installation went like clockwork. The installation team of 3 worked straight through and finished about 3:30 PM. THe whole process was professional. Bryan is an excellent representative for the company.

Anyone looking to add a screen/sun room should look no further than Prager Builders. They were very competitive on price and the quality was uncompromising. The salesman was prompt, proeessional and very knowledgable. He helped us with the design and told us how to make the project look the very best. I found their workmanship to be exceptional. Afterwards, there was nothing to clean up...just a new room to enjoy. I wish they did more remodeling as I would hire them for any job.

THIS COMPANY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I CALLED AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND RESCREENED MY WHOLE PORCH WITHIN MINUTES. THE SCREENS ARE STILL THERE EVEN WITH MY DOGS TRYING TO SCRATCH THROUGH.
