I had very exacting design vision and expectations for fit/finish. After reading previous reviews I figured Pierce was probably the right choice for the job. And what a great choice. Pierce pointed out any potential kinks during pre-build and did a fantastic install exactly per plans. Very professional and Pierce really takes pride in the work - Highly Recommended!

Pierce Lindsey Glass did a fabulous job on replacing our builders grade shower enclosure. This was one of the best experiences we have had with any work done on our 4 1/2 year old home. Excellent, couldn't be happier with Pierce! We ended up finding a scratch from the glass manufacturer and he came out and replaced it for us at no charge. Great guy, would definitely hire again.

A small job, but important to me, PLG got right back to me with a quote, arranged a drop off time and said it would be 2 weeks as they had to order the mirror, as they didn't have that thickness in stock. Communication was excellent. Pierce and his wife were very gracious and the price was extremely fair. The jewelry cabinet looks beautiful again! I highly recommend this vendor! Thank You!

The enclosure looks great. However, I would suggest that your question carefully whether the bolts holes from the previous enclosure will be visible after the new installation. I did not do this and was dismayed to find that the holes were on the outside of the new enclosure on one side. Although the enclosure now looks beautiful; I was left to fill the resulting holes myself.

Our installer normally places the unit on the center line (unless specified otherwise) and fills existing holes from the old unit with silicone (white or almond). If this was not done, I do apologize. Unfortunately, the only way to get rid of the existing holes completely is to have your tile contractor replace the tiles in question. This is the second time we have used Pierce Lindsey Glass to install a frameless shower door, this time in our master bath. Pierce did a fantastic job again! He took out the old ugly door, cleaned the area underneath beautifully and installed the brand new one. What a difference it makes! He is precise and and does a thorough job from start to finish. He and his wife Aimee are very nice and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

From beginning to end, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The office staff was efficient and always responded in a timely manner. Mr. Lindsey, who did the work himself, was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, informative, exceptionally skilled, and very pleasant. One of the best things about working with Pierce Lindsey Glass Inc. is that the estimate is done by Pierce Lindsey himself and the work is completed by Pierce Lindsey personally. So many companies send out the owner to do the estimate, which is very impressive... but then send a teenager with little or no experience to do the actual job. That has happened to me far too many times with results that differed greatly from expectations. Pierce Lindsey Glass is a local, family owned business. Aimee Lindsey handles the business side of the operation and Pierce Lindsey does the field work. I was comfortable always knowing who was in charge of my project, even when there was an unavoidable delay. I also think it is very important to keep our dollars here, in our Central Florida community, rather than sending them to the big box stores and the chain installers. Pierce Lindsey is flat-out the nicest, kindest, most accommodating contractor with whom I have ever worked. He was always on time, always pleasant, always insisted on cleaning up his work area --- even when I said it was not necessary because I was going to clean in that area anyway. The shower doors were not a small expense and Pierce Lindsey was very mindful of my budget. He had many suggestions for lowering cost without sacrificing safety or quality. He itemizing the entire bill, so the customer knows exactly what they are paying for. I was not happy about the (entirely optional) additional expense of the protectant Enduroshield but after doing my own research I came to the conclusion that I could not save money but adding the protection myself and I would not have a warranty if I added the protection myself. Now, my personal experience with getting any company to honor their warranty has not been terrific but I rationalized that Pierce Lindsey is a professional so would be much better at applying the Enduroshield than I would be. I checked everywhere and it does not save money to do it yourself. The shower doors turned out beautiful and we are extremely pleased. I would hire Pierce Lindsey glass again (and in fact, have hired him again, for more custom glass). I would recommend the company to a friend with my strongest endorsement. I think his prices are fair and his work ethic is admirable. Suggestions for others ordering custom glass: If you want specific handles/pulls, order them first and make sure they are rated for SHOWERS, as the glass cannot be ordered until Pierce Lindsey glass is physically holding the handles, not a website description. Also, do not get your heart set on a certain type of door or style. I really wanted a "barn door" look for one of our showers but the tile installer (grrr...) had built out the bench one inch too far so I learned that type of door was impossible. "Reality checks" are never fun, especially when you are ordering a "custom" item and feel like you should get what you what.

Pierce was our knight in shining armor! When other companies either didn't respond, or were scared off after seeing "before" pictures of mirror, Pierce responded RIGHT AWAY to my message on Angie's list! Not only was he able to remove and replace (when other companies practically assured me it would break in process), he was SO professional and friendly, and we didn't have to wait all day. He was right on time. We will definitely recommend him to others. This was my first time using Angie's list and am so impressed that I bought a membership!

We wanted a very large (approx 36" x 116") mirror removed from our master bathroom and contacted Pierce. He arrived at our home and removed the mirror without issue. He was very pleasant and professional. We've already got him coming back for another small mirror job after new countertops are installed.
