P & L Cleaning Service

A whirlwind called Pam arrived at my house and after loving up my puppy she brought shine and brightness to my home. She isn't a good clock watcher so you may have to tell her to stop. Great work!

Pam did not have availability due to her schedule but was able to fit me in between clients to clean the apartment while I recovered from surgery. She is very personable and did an excellent job cleaning and was great with my dog. Would absolutely recommend her services with no hesitation.

I've been using this service for almost a year. Pam is very thorough and always does a good job. She will go out her way to oblige me when there are necessary schedule changes.

We contracted P & L to do a full clean of our vacated house. Most of the house was cleaned already and My wife instructed Pam on what specifically she wanted her to do. She did a very poor job overall and did NOT clean the baseboards or how pantry like was asked. We paid $259.00 for this service and it was a complete waste of money. My wife had to come out to re-clean the house after because it was such a poor job. I hired Pam because of the positive reviews on Angie's List but I was so disappointed in the work I question how Pam got positive reviews. I have enclosed some photos of the poor job she did. I have about 20 more as well if needed. When I contacted Pam to tell her my displeasure with the service she was defensive and said if you want a great cleaning we should've done it ourselves. If she would've told us that up front I wouldn't have hired her. Won't make that mistake again. Proceed with caution.

It took about 4 hours. She was nice. She did a good job.

Pam is great!!! She is a nice person who does a great job cleaning at a reasonable rate. She will work with you to find the schedule and time that works for you. I highly recommend Pam.

Pam was wonderful. Did an awesome job and would use again and highly recommend. Cleaned the refrigerator and made it look like new inside. She did 5 hours of work including floors, kitchen, two bathrooms, windows and all appliances.

Though I didn't actually get to meet Pam in person, she did a good job cleaning both bathrooms and the kitchen in a condo that my young adult grandson had been living in for a few months. We had some out-of- town relatives who were arriving to stay there later in the day on the same day that he vacated the place, so the timing was crucial for me---Pam to the rescue! She was so gracious about working me into her already busy schedule. I appreciated that!

Excellent!! Pam was not only punctual but she actually arrived 40 minutes early. She had a prior appointment and was doing me a favor by fitting me in even though it meant her getting up early and driving out of the way. She was professional, meticulous and thorough. She did an excellent job and went above what was agreed since this was a special deal. I  was very pleased. I would definitely hire her again and recommend to friends and family!

Pam was very friendly upon us meeting. She came in my home & we took a tour of our house. Pam started cleaning the house. She worked really hard, cleaned each room from top to bottom, blinds, fans, dusted everything, floors etc. Our house has a wonderful clean smell with the products that Pam uses. Pam cleaned our house very well. Our house is the cleanest it has been in a long time. I will become a regular customer. Awesome job!

Wonderfully!  I have been working with Ms Pam since December of 2015.  She has come every other week since!  She is very personable and it helps that my family has taken to her and so has my dog. :)   She cooks quite well also which speaks to me! lol

Pam arrived on time for our appt and cleaned the first floor of my home.  As I'm retired and have health problems that keep me home much of the time, but prevent me from doing the heavy work of mopping and scrubbing, a thorough cleaning is very important to me.  
As Pam was cleaning the final room, the living room, well ahead of the 4 hours I'd purchased, I started to review the bedroom, bathroom & kitchen. There were a few neglected items or things that hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, such as one of the bathroom mirrors, framed art & living room fan weren't dusted, edges, corners & behind door vacuuming.
Pam was very nice & professional about going back to further clean whatever I pointed out.
I didn't hold any of that against her because my brown tile floor has a lot of color variation that can hide spilled tea or dusty corners and it was her first time in a new place.  
 
I really appreciated that she didn't get offended by my checking things over, which I always do the first time a new housekeeper comes to my home. And I liked how nice she was with my dog. We scheduled another cleaning two weeks later, but it never happened.
Pam cancelled the 2nd appt just as it was approaching, with no explanation. I seem to recall that the next opening on her schedule would've taken me into the following month. I was taken aback by that, as I'd explained and she could see that I needed help at least every two weeks.  So I decided to continue my search for someone that I could rely on for bimonthly long term housekeeping, who would be more of a partner in housecleaning and maintenance. Pam completely understood and that was that.
