Overall, this was the perfect experience. Dave handled all of the necessary government permits and hoop-jumping for our HOA. They arrived early and worked hard, completing the shed in only two days. They left the paperwork for final permit approval and cleaned up after themselves completely. The shed is beautiful, incredibly well-built, and the envy of all of our neighbors. If you are in the market for a shed, garage, gazebo, or other storage building, you should call Dave at Old South!

From the sales person right on down to the individuals that built the storage shed on site - absolutely great. Met with the sales person, price was quoted and no money up front. Structure was constructed on site with all permits taken care of. Crew left with no additional clean up. Very knowledgeable and I have a quality product. It took 2 days to complete (only because we had bad weather the first day). I am pleased with the product. They really lived up to what they promised to deliver.
