I called Steve at about 6pm on a Thursday evening because installers putting our granite countertops in punctured a pipe underneath our kitchen sink. Water was leaking everywhere and the supply to the entire house had to be turned off as a result. Steve was finishing up his last job of the day when I called but he said he would come by as soon as he finished. Within the hour, he was here. The damage was significant and our drywall behind the sink had to be cut away making the job more involved than we initially thought it would be. He was quick and thorough and as he always has, did a wonderful job.
We have relied on Steve for the past 10 years and he has never let us down. He is professional, dependable and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

They gave me quote. They were kind of expensive compared to other quotes. He was on a recommended list from our inspection company. They were some-what prompt on their work. They showed up at the time they said they would. He didn't do the work immediately. He had us wait until all our other work was complete. The work wasn't done right the first time. There was something I had to call him back on to come fix - a leak.

This is for work a while back, but as a new Angie's List person, this is a review I wanted to write. Steve arrived on-time, and went right to work. The easy way would have been to tear out the wall to access the plumbing, but I obviously didn't like that option. Steve figured out how to re-plumb under the sink and connect to the pipe coming from the wall. He came up with a solution that worked well. This was one of those time where the experience of a plumber showed, because as a DIY kind of guy, I would have never thought of this solution. He completed the work quickly for a good price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any plumbing issues.

My overall experience with them was very good. I'm going to really give him an "A." He was able to come in a timely enough fashion to save the day on the project. He did the work very professionally. It looked to be very solid. It's a family business. I was referred to the father and the son was able to come. He was pleasant, cordial and just clean. He cleaned up after himself. He gave me recommendations and advice. It was great having him here. He called me up and told me what he has done. He showed me all of these. He felt very confident that it was a very good work. He was proud to show it to me. Even though his father, the guy I originally called was not able to come until several days later, they figured it out so that the son could come. They saw to my needs and took care of it pretty quickly.

While the company and I had a communication misunderstanding regarding the installation of a whole house filter, they ultimately did theright thing and provided me a complete refund. Can't ask for more than that.

They promptly answered their phone, came when they said they would and came back the same day to install the faucet that I purchased. They were professional, prompt, courteous, and helpful.

Steve Koscoe is an upfront guy with fair pricing and excellent service. He returns calls on time, shows up on time, and does quality work. He is methodical and not in a rush. Services are in line with other plumbers, and he offers a small discount for repeat customers.

The overall all experience was great. They showed up on time and completed the work with great professionalism.

I called Steve at 11:00AM and arranged for Jim to visit between 2-3PM. Jim arrived at 2:30PM and fixed the faucet issue. This prompt service and courteous manner distinguish My Personal Plumber from otherplumbers in the Orlando area. Based on this experience, I am contacting Steve for information about a master bathroom remodeling project. I'll update this review after I receive a bid.

They are reliable and we always use their services. They are upfront with their prices and they will stick to them.

They did a fantastic job. I have used them in the past. My house is old, so it's a big deal because they have to go through the roof. They got a clean up in the yard. They tell upfront about how much it will cost. They were really good. They came in and they were polite. They did the job. The owner quoted me a price, and then the guy came in with a different price. He called the owner and asked about the price. They were polite, professional, and punctual. I had no problems with them. I had a list of problem that I could avoid in the future, but my wife didn't have to do that at all. They have dealt with them two years ago for my hot water heater. The owner himself came out and said he can replace the coil, but I don't have to do that on that day. They were honest.

No problems at all did the work as contracted and did a good job.
